William N. Beynon: CEO & Founding Partner

William Beynon is the CEO and a Founding Partner of CWA Advisor Services.

Bill began his career 15 years ago working as an agent for a major life insurance carrier and trained in their advanced planning department. He later went on to be the Director of Estate Planning for Creative Asset Services in Pittsburgh, PA. In 1998 Bill joined First Financial Resources and served as the firm's Marketing Director. He went on to become a Partner in the firm.

In 2004, Bill founded Capital Wealth Advisors. Over the past five years, Bill has specifically focused his practice on helping high net worth families and family offices plan for risk management, wealth preservation, and estate tax efficiency. In 2005, he expanded his practice by introducing CWA Advisor Services, the life insurance brokerage division of Capital Wealth Advisors that works with independent agents throughout the country assisting them in growing their business through general agency services and wealth preservation programs.

Bill is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table's Top of the Table, where he was invited to become a member of the association's Premier Association of Financial Professionals. Bill is also a member of the International Forum, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU). He has been a featured Speaker at the Top of the Table and Forum annual meetings.

Bill is a member of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children's Regional Advisory Board and is an Elder of the Vanderbilt Presbyterian Church.

Bill and his wife Nena are full time residents of Naples, Florida.

Jason Caracofe: Principal, Managing Partner: Maryland Office

Jason is a founding member as well as the President of CWA Advisor Services. Jason manages the northern office location of CWA Advisor Services. Jason's experience has helped to shape the producer-oriented culture of CWA Advisor Services.

Jason began his career in the insurance industry in 1998 as a Team Leader at The Potomac Group (BISYS Group, Inc.) in Behtesda, Maryland, where he oversaw and managed a team of case managers, carrier relationships, and marketing support projects.

In 2003, Jason joined Potomac Partners Insurance Resource, a start-up general agency, as Director of Underwriting. Jason played a vital role in directing growth and operations at the firm, and later became Executive Vice President of Underwriting and Brokerage Services.

Jason then went on to co-found CWA Advisor Services, the general agency partner of Capital Wealth Advisors in Naples, Florida. CWA Advisor Services today works with agents across the country, providing them access to support, contracting, and continuing education. Jason was born in Washington, D.C. He, his wife Jessica, and his two children are now full-time residents of Bethesda, Maryland.

Blaine M. Ferguson: Principal, Managing Partner: Florida Office

Blaine is a founding member and managing partner of CWA Advisor Services. Blaine is also Chief Operating Officer of Capital Wealth Advisors, Inc, a comprehensive financial, insurance, and estate planning firm in Naples, Florida specifically focused on educating and advising high net worth families.

Blaine earned his Master of Business Administration from Boston University in 2004. In addition, Blaine received his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from West Virginia University in 1994. Blaine is also a member of the Million Dollar Round Table’s Top of the Table, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU).

Prior to his six years in Naples Florida, Blaine has lived throughout the country serving as a Commissioned Officer and Helicopter Pilot in the United States Marine Corps. During his service to his country, Blaine participated in numerous combat operations including Operation Allied Hope [Kosovo 1999] and Operation Enduring Freedom [Afghanistan 2001]. During those combat operations, Blaine was awarded four Air Medals for distinguished and meritorious achievement in aerial flight. He retired from Active service in 2001 at the rank of Major.

Blaine was born in Weirton, West Virginia. He is a member of Vanderbilt Presbyterian Church and is active in his local Marine Corps League and Collier County Veteran’s Counsel participating in numerous charity events. Blaine and his wife Lisa are full time residents of Naples, Florida.
